Happy Birthday Wholesome GO!  On June 12th, we celebrate our 1st birthday.  What a year it has been!  Over the past year we developed a variety of fresh, delicious, healthy and wholesome meals and we can’t wait to see what new and exciting meals this next year will bring. Help us celebrate by enjoying these delicious birthday-themed funfetti recipes. Happy celebrating!

Cereal Sprinkle Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag marshmallows
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 3 cups cereal (rice krispies, cheerios, etc)
  • ¼ cup rainbow sprinkles
  1. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.
  2. Add the marshmallows and cook until completely melted.
  3. Stir in the cereal, one cup at a time.
  4. Roll into balls and then roll each ball in the sprinkles.
  5. Place on parchment paper and let cool completely.
  6. Enjoy!

 

Funfetti Fudge

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ lbs white chocolate (can also use milk or dark chocolate)
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup rainbow sprinkles
  1. Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a pot over low heat combine the white chocolate and condensed milk and cook until the chocolate melts, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add in the vanilla and stir to combine.
  4. Fold in the sprinkles.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and place in the fridge to set.
  6. Once hardened, remove from pan and cut into squares.
  7. Enjoy!

 

Funfetti Popsicles

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup rainbow sprinkles
  1. In a medium bowl combine all the ingredients.
  2. Spoon the mixture into popsicle molds or an ice cube tray with popsicle sticks.
  3. Add extra sprinkles on top.
  4. Freeze for at least 4 hours and enjoy!
