This savoury and colourful dish is a top pick!  Tangy tandoori chicken boneless and skinless thighs are served with a side of Basmati Rice and Grilled Peppers with Eggplant seasoned by our chefs.

What's included:  Tandoori Chicken Thighs (540g) and Grilled Vegetable Mix (340g) with Basmati Rice (620g). Side of Hot Sauce.

Heat and Serve: Preheat Oven to 325°F.  Remove seal.  Cover tray(s) with foil and place tray(s) in middle rack in oven and cook for 45-50 minutes.  Cooking times may vary.  Cook to an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).  Do not use a toaster oven or broiler.
